Big Bend Community Band Spring Concert
April 30, 2017 at 3:00PM in the Marshall Auditorium on the Sul Ross State University Campus
Thinking of this as a Children's Concert, the band will be playing tunes sure to appeal to the children of all ages. Throughout the concert individual statements and groups will be in the spotlight.
Before and after the concert, students of the Sul Ross Music Club will present a "Petting Zoo" in the lobby of Marshall Auditorium. This will give the kids a chance to see and touch a number of band instruments up close and personal.
The Big Bend Community Band rehearses on Tuesday evenings from 7:30-9:00PM in the Sul Ross Band room, FAB 100. If you loved playing in the band and would like to join us, please contact Sue Zukowski, Band Manager at 432-386-7478 or Jeff Meyer, Music Director at 432-837-8018.
